Bekah Craik

Bekah Craik is passionate about building inclusive communities where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and able to participate fully. With a strong background in accessibility, adaptive recreation, and community development, she has spent her career creating programs, partnerships, and spaces that reduce barriers and foster belonging. Bekah has led accessibility and inclusion initiatives across municipal and community settings, working alongside schools, health organizations, nonprofits, and government partners to advance equitable participation in recreation and community life. Her work has included adaptive sport programming, accessibility planning, community engagement, and capacity-building initiatives focused on creating lasting systems change. An outdoor enthusiast who believes deeply in the power of movement, connection, and shared experiences, Bekah is excited to continue this work with Active Abilities Canada and support opportunities for people of all abilities to explore recreation, build confidence, and connect with community.
